Tasting Notes: Straw-coloured with green glints. Aromatically clean and fresh with an elegant and fruit fragrance: fruity notes of pear, (medlar) and anise (fresh fennel). On the palate is full and it shows a good structure, it is dry and fresh, with an elegant persistence that recalls the floral and citric notes appreciated at the aroma stage.
