Elaboration: Produced from locally grown Listán Negro grapes from vineyards more than 50 years old.Harvested by hand.

Tasting Notes: Intense cherry red color with a medium high layer and violet tones. Very alive, clean and bright. Delicious aroma of a good intensity with hints of red fruit, cherry and plum and great freshness on the tones of cocoa. Dry, full bodied and well structured on the palate with an intense, lingering aftertaste. This is a wine that shows fruitiness, with balsamic reminders and mineral background. Very well balanced, with a pleasant and persistent passing through the mouth, a creamy feel and tannins of fine quality. Long and intense final.

Serving suggestion: excellent with ham, semi-cured cheese, legumes, poultry and grilled or roasted red meats.
