Tasting Notes: Unique wine produced 100% with one of the rarest Canary grapes: Baboso Negro. It seduces us with a unique complexity of aromas (violets, red fruits in li-queur over a balsamic background) giving way to a palate full of nuances, with sweet tannins as yet unpolished (will improve with time), of medium structure, balanced, with an elegance and fineness difficult to find in other wine-growing regions. Surprising.
