Elaboration: Dry white, produced from locally grown Albillo grapes from vineyards more than 80 years old. Albillo grapes adapts perfectly to the climatic conditions of the La Habanera plantation. Stay in casks of American and French oak for 3 months. Harvested by hand.

Tasting Notes: To the eyes this wine presents a pale yellow color with green glints. Clear and brillant. Very pleasant to the nose, with clear reminders of floral nuances. On the palate is full and it shows ample and good structure. A well integrated and delicate balance between acidity and sweet notes. A persistent and elegant finish. Lingering aftertaste.

Serving suggestion: excellent with all types of fish and seafood, mild cheese, meat dishes with a creamy sauce and pasta.
