Elaboration: This wine is made with the variety of grapes Negramoll and Listán Blanco, that grow on one of our vineyards situated between 450 and 700 m above the sea in the town of Tacoronte, northeast of Tenerife.
All of the grapes are recollected by hand and are selected at the vineyards. Pressed softy and quickly to avoid color transfer of skin to the must, which subsequently fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16º C. When the fermentation finishes half of the volume is subjected to an aging on lees in oak barrels of 225 l. and the rest remain on the lees in stainless steel tanks. After 3 months, the blend of wine the “coupage” remains on its lees until April. Bottling took place in early May of 2016.
Tasting Notes: Wine pale yellow with Coppery highlights and medium intensity aromas of white flower and fennel. The palate has enough volume and very balanced acidity, it is fresh and easy to drink.
This wine combines with: It is suitable to accompany grilled seafood, fish and white meat.
