Elaboration: Dry white, produced from locally grown Listán Blanco grapes from vineyards more than 80 years old. Harvested by hand.

Tasting Notes: Rafined aroma of medium intensity with floral and anissed notes. The flavour is fresh and well balanced on the palate, leaving an elegant floral and citrus aftertaste. When viewed, this wine is straw-coloured with green iridescences, clear and brillant looking.Its aromas are of great refinement and average intensity with aniseed and floral notes. Upon tasting it is well balanced and fresh with a good structure and an elegant persistence that recalls the floral and citric notes appreciated at the aroma stage.

Serving suggestion: excellent with all types of fish and seafood, mild cheese, meat dishes with a creamy sauce and pasta.
